INTRODUCTION
A costumer contacted me to customize a pair of Nike Dunk Low sneakers. This customization was done with acrylic leather paint, dyed in coffee, and finalized with urethane clear coat as a finish protective layer.
CHALLENGE
The original color way was plain and the costumer was aiming for something more eye-catching. The costumer wanted a Day of the Death inspired shoes. he wanted to maintain the warm colors of the shoe but wanted some Alebrije like motifs incorporated into the design.
